Final bar covers a partial week; the campaign closed August 15.

Weekly trips rose from 901 in the opening week to 1,781 in the week of August 3, a 98% increase. The number of people active each week rose from 85 to 126 over the same period.

How the prizes were awarded

Participants received sweepstakes entries for each verified active trip they logged, so the entry pool grew all summer. Smaller prizes were drawn most weeks; the rest were drawn in a final drawing on August 22.

Every drawing was an automated random selection. Where a winner declined or let their claim window lapse, a replacement was drawn, so no prize went unawarded.

What we learned

This was the first Shift Your Summer, so this year is our baseline. The clearest lesson: small, frequent drawings kept people moving. Rather than hold everything for a final drawing, we drew smaller prizes through the summer, and activity climbed all the way to August instead of tapering after launch week.

We are planning next summer now. If you took part, thank you: every one of those trips is yours.
